We had had a small fender bender and the door was not opening correctly. Everyone from administration to the gentleman, Bob and Randall, who actually did the job, were absolutely stellar. On time, kept me apprised of the situation and when they were coming and going, the work was quick and well done. They were respectful of me and my property. A first class service. Thank you.

Late. Described maintenance procedures with a spray, didn’t leave the bottle that he said he leave - normally not a big deal, but since Precision has fallen into the pandemic trap of jacking up prices, everything is important. Appreciate the training going on. Lead was friendly. Relied on sending receipt via email. No itemization or warranty paperwork.

Called to schedule an appointment, received a call from Technician Jack within 20 minutes that he was in his way. Inspected the job & gave 3 different options & explained each option & price. Began the work immediately & about 30 minutes later had me inspect his work. Jack was informative, professional and did a fantastic job!

Old opener bit the dust. Called and 3 hours later had technician Jack at our home. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I purchased a new garage door opener and outside keypad. It was installed in less than 2 hours. You can purchase a new one and install yourself cheaper, but if you can't, Prevision prices seemed fair. I will recommend to a friend if asked and use them again if I have a need.
