Today my car was held hostage after the 20 year old spring snapped in two. After another company left me hanging, I called Precision. Within an hour and a half Jesse Warren and Jesse his colleague showed up, assessed the situation then got to work. Within 40 minutes they replaced spring and bearings. They also advised me of other parts that may require replacing so I can replace at my convenience. Thorough and professional!!!

Jesse was great! He talked through all available options and didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t absolutely need to get our garage door back up and running. He was prompt and was able to get the work done quickly. Would definitely recommend Jesse/Precision Door.
