Very nice people. From the guy that came out and the person in the office that worked with us on pricing. Explained everything and all the features so we knew what was going on. Didn’t call to check other places on pricing because I was just wanting to get it fixed. Seemed high, but they did work with me and dropped it a bit but was still higher than expected. With that being said, everything is high right now so I’m sure this would be in the same ball park price and others.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but Precision Garage almost got one. Technician arrived and greeted me and introduced himself, then he did a full inspection of garage door and components which most are 26 years old. He told me of all issues he found, gave me an estimate then I chose what I wanted to repair. Both springs had broken at same time so he gave me options on what springs to use. After installation of the parts I chose to fix, he calibrated the opener to the new springs. We have had other garage door company's come and replace springs and they never performed the calibration, just checked to make sure door worked at the time. Very appreciative of the professionalism of the tech and this company.

MJ Dossett
Precision garage door techs were able to determine what the problem was with my existing garage door opener and replace the parts and the motor. They told me that they needed a new outlet put in for the motor and there was a short in the electrical system and that I needed to get an electrician out there. I got an electrician out on the next day they put the outlet in and found the electrical problem and fixed that. The techs at Precision garage door were busy on that day, but we're able to come out the next day and complete the job on my garage door and program the remote controls. They tested and showed me how to do everything and told me to register my warranty. They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them to anybody. Jacob Mason and Chad Miller were very skilled technicians and took the time to answer all my questions.

I was very impressed with the prompt response to my semi-emergency situation. The service reps were polite and efficient. I believe the door and accompanying items are if good quality, but after looking at comparable options, they were significantly higher priced. For me, the promptness was worth the additional cost.

Excellent service! Came out same day as we called and was able to finish the repairs within a couple hours. Dominique did such a great job explaining everything to me what was wrong and why and they again at the end everything he did with the repairs. If we have any issues in the future or when we are ready to fully replace I will be asking for him again
