Time to upgrade to a new garage door opener. Took advantage of Precision garage door June special, free roller upgrade with new opener. Easy to schedule appointment time, convenient for my schedule. Technician Miguel provided EXCELLENT Information, regarding my choice of garage door openers. The new opener and rollers are EXTREMELY smooth as well as VERY quiet. We’re very pleased with the product as well as the service Precision Door provided Five stars.

Our garage door would not raise. Cody came out prepared to fix the bent strut bar and put a heavy duty steel one in, fixed the lift spring, adjusted the door spring and made sure the door sealed properly. I will ask for Cody for any future service, he is the best, very professional and courteous.

I have worked with the Precision Door previously to install a garage door opener and then perform Warranty service. The come in, inspect everything and give you a breakdown of what the problem is and the cost to repair. I just had the spring break unexpectedly and they came in with the same outstanding service and fixed it.

Had an amazing experience! They came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to get the garage door opener/spring/barrings installed same day in about 2 hours! Their customer service and going the extra mile is top notch! Jack was my tech and he was excellent! Explained how everything worked, did excellent work and cleaned up after. They have gained customers for life! Cant recommend Precision enough!

I chose Precision Door because of the reviews I read, from the Mustang area. Jesse Burns, was the tech that came to my house. He was very courteous during his time with me. He was knowledgeable about the problem I was having and quickly repaired the issue. Everything he needed for the repair was on his truck/van. It was done quickly but professionally. Our service technician was excellent. He sent a text to let us know that he was in route. He then arrived promptly and began work right away. We were made aware of the work we needed to have completed and he got to work expeditiously. He was extremely polite and he worked very carefully to ensure we were satisfied. Paul diagnosed my problem and had it fixed very quickly. Then he inspected my other Genie products and the garage door, doing maintenance he noticed. Great job!
