I chose Precision based on my internet research of the company. The technician, Jack Walker, was on time and called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. A spring had broken on the door lift mechanism which was obvious. However over the years the mechanism had been pieced together with materials which were not as robust as they should have been for the weight of the old wooden door. These parts were in various stages of failure. Jack pointed these items out and gave me my options. He could have just fixed the spring and been on his way and I would have been happy. By replacing the items, I am now secure in knowing that my door will not need attention in the near future. Prompt, courteous, conscientious, and skilled workmanship, is what I expect, and Jack provided it all. Give them a call.

I was able to schedule an appointment via chat! Russ showed up within a few hours and was able to very quickly diagnose the multiple issues my door was having. We had to be gone the next day and Russ handled all of the repairs without forcing us to change our schedule. He then called to let me know the work was complete and I was able to pay over the phone.
