The spring on our double garage door failed on Monday night. Called 7am Tuesday morning and Precision had someone there at 8:30am to replace the spring. Luke was the technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs!

Service was great, very friendly guy. Did not try to up sell me anything as my garage door was working fine, just wanted normal maintenance to avoid any future problems. Had initial problem with car garage door opener not working after he left, but worked upon my return...strange but okay now.

On a scale of 1 to 10 we give them a 10. I called them at 9 pm and by 9 am my door was getting fixed. We had a complete garage overhaul. Russ did the labor and explained everything before and after. Yes, we will use them again

The technician showed up promptly at 8 am as scheduled and had the problem fixed in less than 30 min. I had tried to fix the safety eyes and messed them up.
