Impressed with the response time and friendly service. However, its was $710 to replace my dual spring setup on my two car garage. This was just for standard duty springs too. I regret not just doing this myself and getting heavy duty cycle springs for 200 bucks. Just a little bummed to see how much profit they made off of me. For a mechanically inclined person look into doing this yourself wish I would have.

I scheduled an appointment on 2/14/2026 with Precision Garage Door and I’m glad I did! I received a courtesy phone call from my technician and a reliable time frame for arrival. He showed up on time and was very knowledgable! (Elijah Hall) was my technician and I can’t say enough good things about how professional and thorough this guy was! Jesse & Tanner were great. Had an issue with the shop door had to get rollers and a new cable that was broken along with a support bracket. We had used you previously for our garage door when the spring broke so you were the ones I called when I had the issue last night.

Asked if we had any questions about what he installed or how he installed. He was very polite. I called Precision after backing into my garage door. I received a same day appointment snd the technician, Corey, arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He showed me parts that had been damaged that were not initially visable and presented 2 options to repair the damage. He did not pressure me to choose one over the other.
