I have used Precision Door before and the service I have always received has been superior. Today, I had one of my door openers that I have had for 8+ years had older technology. Still worked but was very noisy. Thought I might be wearing out the motor. Thought that it needed possible adjustments to make it operate better. Was given same day appointment. The tech, Dominique had many years experience . Thoroughly checked it out and determined it was operating correctly. There was some wear on some of the gears (plastic). Could not repair or replace the parts. I could replace the opener and gave me several options and associated costs. Said he. Could not predict how long it would last but waiting was one of the options. You have no idea how much I appreciated that. And believe it or not he did not charge me ANYTHING!!! Loved the fact that I was able to schedule same day appointments and get my door fixed that day as well. Our tech, Teagan, was very professional and got the job done quickly, considering we replaced virtually everything except the door panels themselves. Before any work was started, he gave me a breakdown of the costs along with recommendations as to necessary repairs and general upkeep.

Job was done fast and professionally However I requested an invoice for work done and have yet to receive it I like to hold invoices for work completed so I can refer back lest something goes wrong within warranty timeframe I received two requests for review but, no detail of work paid for I don’t like that

Great service. Garage door spring broke called around 130 on New Year’s Eve and was surprised someone would come out between 2-6. Eli called at 230 and was on his way from stillwater. Arrived about 330 and did a great job getting the door spring fixed and the door had been squeaking for some time. He fixed that as well. Precision does a great job and I will always call them for any garage door issues.

The springs on my double garage door broke and I couldn't get my cars out. Precision came out the same day and replaced the springs and had me out within hours of me contacting them.
