I love my new garage door opener! The technician was great and explained everything from why the garage door opener wasn't working to discussing several options and price of each. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Edmond to everyone.

David Herrington

Elijah came to my house to fix my newly installed expensive garage doors from a different company that were ruining my opener motors. I was impressed with his knowledge of the operating mechanisms, and he did a great job of explaining all of my technical questions before he even started. He was able to save me money by not having to replace my garage door opener and even found a way to reduce the costs of fixing the original problem. It really does pay to go to the right people on the first time. 100% would do business With Precision Garage Door again.

Both a gentleman that came out were very professional and very personable. I enjoyed the interaction with them.

After Cody worked on our garage doors, we were shocked at how quiet they were and how smooth they rolled on the track. I assumed all garage doors would have some squeak to them, but ours had none. Cody was very nice and professional.

Stephanie S.

Tre was awesome! He was here when he said he would be and we were up and running quickly. Really appreciate him.

Kyle Roper

I had a great experience with this Precision Garage Door. Elijah came out to fix my garage door, showed up on time, explained what was going on, and got it working quickly. Everything runs smooth now and you can tell he knows his stuff.

I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I’ve been a repeat customer for years and was seriously considering spending $4,000 on a new garage door with this company. Thankfully, I saw how they operate before moving forward. I asked for pricing upfront before scheduling help to connect my WiFi. They did not disclose the cost. After the visit, I was charged $99 for what amounted to pressing a button, something that took seconds and required no real service. Charging customers without clearly disclosing pricing beforehand is unacceptable. It feels misleading and shows a lack of transparency. This experience completely broke my trust. If this is how they handle a simple service call, I have no confidence in how they would handle larger, more expensive work. I will not be using them again, and I would caution others to get clear, written pricing before agreeing to any service.

The guys were great. But, $900 plus dollars for 30 minutes of work is crazy. Not sure I would call Precision again for garage door services. Way too expensive.

I called Precision because they were certified installers for the Genie lifts. I was not getting any cooperation with the Genie Corporate so I called Pecision. Dominique Ramos came out and fixed the problem and also suggested several other problems in alignment and sagging problems that would ultimately cause problems and damage to the door. Now the doors are straight, quiet and don't close with a bang/crash noise. Dominique was very professional and quick to identify and solve my door problems. Now my 75 year old knees are the only thing creaking! Has he tried his hands at orthopedics?

Elijah was very kind and knowledgeable. It never felt like he was trying to sell us anything when he told us about the ball bearings and installing the trim!

Elaine Phillips

Tre Nunley is s person you want to keep. He was honest. Explained everything in detail. Right before he was finished he made sure I knew how to operate everything. Before Tre I had two other quotes. I sure could tell they didn’t want to sell me the correct garage door opener for my situation, just after money. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS WHAT I GOT FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!! Thank you

LuAnn Perez

Great job installing and all work and details were done as promised.

Paul Wilson

Fast and very professional service. Elijah and Lewis were wonderful. They did a detailed walkthrough on all of the new equipment we purchased and the repairs to existing equipment. They left the work areas cleaner than they found them. I would absolutely recommend Precision to friends and family.

Our garage door was giving us trouble opening and closing. I called Precision and they were at my house in less than an hour. I showed Dominique what was going on, he took some time to diagnose the issue and clearly showed me what was going on and explained what he was showing me. I needed a new opener, the original had major wear and was struggling to lift the door or close it completely and safely. To my surprise, the door itself has a lot of life left, it just needed some adjustments and some broken parts replaced. Dominique showed me three options and let me decide which option I wanted to go with. I chose the least expensive option, and Dominique was completely on board with that. No pressure to upsell. That is VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! In an hour and a half, he was done with the install, the adjustment of the overhead door, and programming the keypad. Highly recommended!

I would 100% recommend Precision, and most importantly Jesse Burns. As a returning customer, I have had the joy of having Jesse both times. He did an amazing job, quick, knowledgable and friendly.

Steven was excellent, professional, and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through the details. Job was done quick and well. Upon further review though, the cost seems high. Parts alone for the job is around $400 and the total job was $1200. $800 for 2 hrs labor seems high despite the quality work.

Miguel was the technician and knew what he was doing. I was very pleased he came the same day he was called. He fixed the door in a timely manner. Al Wangler referred your company to me.

Had a spring break Saturday morning. Called and was able to schedule a noon appointment within minutes. Teagan did a great job and was efficient.

Harold Lewis

The springs on my double garage door broke and I couldn't get my cars out. Precision came out the same day and replaced the springs and had me out within hours of me contacting them. Teagan did an excellent job communicating with me throughout the entire process. The replacement was quick and professionally done. I will highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door help.
