I reached out to Precision for a quote on maintenance on my garage door. They gave me an appointment same day and promptly. Dom the technician arrived and Listened to my concerns and made some suggestions to fix the issue. He did not go try to over sell he just shared where there were issues with parts and explained what was still in good condition. He gave me a quote to fix and said he could do it same day if I was good with quote . One hour later I had a fixed garage door. Dom was professional and had impeccable customer service. Great company!

We knew we had a broken spring, but he did a very thorough evaluation and made additional suggestions to enhance the performance of our garage door. I was very satisfied with the ease of making an appointment on Saturday the next day that I called. Paul is knowledgeable and took care of the problem I called about. He also did a tune up for the spring and door. The new larger rollers reduced the noise of opening and closing the door and are better quality than those originally installed. I recommend this company for garage door repairs.
