After another garage door company stood me up on a couple of appointments, I chose Precision Door after their price quote on an Amarr door was competitive. They met me at my house exactly when the appt. was set and communicated with me via email through the entire process. I must say that I was a bit apprehensive at first in using a different service company to repair our garage door, but that was totally unwarrantied. I called around 9am and talked with both Russ and Janet about possibly replacing my old LiftMaster opener. After a brief discussion I felt very comfortable in the knowledge and ability to do the work needed. I ask when that would be available to change our opener and was pleasantly surprised to find out that they could be out around 4:30pm later today. Luke was our technician and he called a little after 3pm and let me know he was a little ahead of schedule and was wondering if it would be okay to come on out, worked great for me. He arrived and we went over some details and he proceeded to do some inspecting and began the installation. He was very professional and thorough, making sure to clean up as he went and answered my questions with great detail. We purchased the Marantec model and extremely happy with the installation and especially LOVE our new opener. Precision has earned our business and we would highly recommend them.
