We have used precision a few times. Lewis Phan is the one that always been the one to come and help us with our garage issues. He’s great and very knowledgeable. The first time our garage had issues was from a lightning strike in our neighborhood. Lewis got the problem diagnosed and corrected in a few hours for us! We just contacted him again for some delay issues with our garage, he was prompt and gave us a solution. Very professional and will continue to use him for all our garage needs!!

The quote to put our garage door back in the tracks was very high. I believe we were first quoted ~$600 then it was lowered to ~$300. We felt like we were getting ripped off and not even interested when the quote was lowered to $300. I will never call this company again for any work.

Teagan and Murice came out because i being the super human i am tried to open my locked garage dooor. causing a calamity and my garage door then decided it had enough of my bs and jumped from its tracks. So enter Teagan and Precision Garage Door they where able to come the very next morning at 8am and he had it fixed in a jiffy turns out the roller drums just needed to find a good retirement home, now we are back up and going thanks to Teagen anf Maurice I just can not say enough about their customer service and quality work you guys rock

After thoroughly inspecting the garage door, he showed me a list of his recommendations along with the prices. I was able to choose what I wanted done. There was no pressure to fix everything right away.

Did the work on Sunday afternoon. Cody the tech was great. Explained everything, called another tech to bring a 18’ shaft and finished the job in short order. Second time I have used them. Fully recommend !

The young lady who answered the phone was so incredibly sweet and worked it out to get someone to me quickly. The technician who came out was also very friendly. However, he told me I needed to replace my entire lift system and quoted me a price that was over $5000. When I said I couldn’t afford that right now he told me we could just replace certain parts and it will lower the price. That price was still well over $2000. I told him I wanted to get a quote from other companies and he said he could replace just the spring so I could at least get out of my garage for now. So he did that and I felt it was still extremely high but I had to be able to get my car out. I called another company and they would have replaced the spring for $750 less. The entire lift system that I was told that needed to be replace for over $5000 they would have done for $895. But turned out I didn’t need it anyway. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I told them my husband had just passed away. Their employees are very nice but I would not recommend using them until you get quotes from other reputable companies.
