Dominique Ramos was my technician. He did an excellent job and was very informative about parts for garage door repair. Thanks to him I was able to replace parts that I had no idea was going bad. I would recommend using Precision overhead garage door service.

Our garage door spring broke last night and we couldn’t open the door. I called before 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning and Jesse, the repair man, was here before 830. Did a bang up job! Explained everything and pointed out some optional items that I could do, but no pressure or bs. I would call these people out again without hesitation. Of course I would request Jesse, but the company culture seems such that I’m sure they have other capable people. Jesse was rock solid, and very pleasant to deal with!

After checking their reviews, I called Precision door and, made an appointment. An hour later Justin was here. He inspected my garage door. He showed and explained to me what needed to be done. He got it done in short order. ????????????
