Teagan Cluff was an excellent technician! He helped out with a broken spring and hinge. We ended up replacing both springs & the hinge. The garage door is working like it was new. I had an issue, but Jack Walker came out the next day and fixed us up. Both were extremely professional & were very good at explaining what was wrong & how to fix it.

Needed a new garage door. They came the next day (I made the appointment online). When the representative came to my house and he showed me different styles and colors. Made my selection. When the installers came, they were very polite and professional. I was very pleased with everything that was done. They added extra sealant around the garage (at no charge) so no air leakage. Good thing as within a week we had a bad snowstorm with high winds. ASll in all was very pleased with the whole experiemnce.

I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of OKC.
