If I could give 10 stars I would! This will be the only garage door service I will ever use. Dominique the technician repaired and replaced the springs and cable in less than an hour. He sent a text letting me know he would be calling soon with an estimated time of arrival. He was very nice and professional. From start to finish this company’s customer service was top notch. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. Very pleased.
