Elijah came to my house to fix my newly installed expensive garage doors from a different company that were ruining my opener motors. I was impressed with his knowledge of the operating mechanisms, and he did a great job of explaining all of my technical questions before he even started. He was able to save me money by not having to replace my garage door opener and even found a way to reduce the costs of fixing the original problem. It really does pay to go to the right people on the first time. 100% would do business With Precision Garage Door again.

Elijah, my sales representative, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to answer all of my questions. He did a clean and straightforward job of explaining and installing my overhead door opener on 10’x12’ overhead door opener. I am very happy with the quality of materials and installation of the opener.

Got an automated AI that I thought was a real person because she just identified herself as "Emma" and asked how she could help. Then it just started going on a loop answering my question over and over.
