Impressed with the response time and friendly service. However, its was $710 to replace my dual spring setup on my two car garage. This was just for standard duty springs too. I regret not just doing this myself and getting heavy duty cycle springs for 200 bucks. Just a little bummed to see how much profit they made off of me. For a mechanically inclined person look into doing this yourself wish I would have.

Job was done fast and professionally However I requested an invoice for work done and have yet to receive it I like to hold invoices for work completed so I can refer back lest something goes wrong within warranty timeframe I received two requests for review but, no detail of work paid for I don’t like that

upon hiring precision garage door of OKC (Warr Acres) Jessie Burns arrived on time did a great job, took pictures to cover there company and discussed with me the repairs required, and the cost, he did a great job and after wards discussed with me the reasons the tension cable became unraveled and caused the door to fall and alignment wheels to disengaged, which from his own words were from improper original assembly at time of original installation, which caused the panels to separate when moving at the arch from vertical to horizontal position causing the panels to separate, and he has seen this in the past, the mounting screws not being installed at the closest hole to the edge of the panel causing the hinges to bend, ok great i said please put in your invoice notes this, so i can contact the original installer mind you (2013) it's now (2025) but ok let move on, he said he was more than happy to accommodate me and even took pictures, and thanked me for my business, OK NOW THE PROBLEM ONCE I RECIEVED THE FOLLOW UP EMAIL AND INVOICE, THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE PROBLEM DICUSSED, NO PICTURES, NO WHAT HE AGREED TO DO, ALL I GOT WAS A $425.00 ESTIMATE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, SO I CALLED THE OFFICE AND COMPLAINED, I WAS TOLD MANAGMENT WOULD CALL ME ASAP, GUESS WHAT NO CALL. Jessie did a great job but didn't do what he said he would, that's my problem, no expert notification so i can get the original installer to correct at their expense, not a $425.00 estimate

Service was great. Price was not. Nearly 400$ to service 2 working garage doors was ridiculous. No parts, just oil. Get a quote before using them. I have used them before, but never again.Their website shows all5 star reviews.we’re are the non 5 star reviews?

The service was great. We had a very knowledgeable technician and he never pressured us in any way. My issue is with the price of a torsion spring repair with a military discount cost us $869 . Seems a little much.

No problem with your service or basic garage door, except when it came to accessories and add ons such as remotes, key pads, panels, and the ability to add generic after market items such as door open/closed sensor and smart phone relays. (This garage door company chose to make it impossible to use generic accessories and then they chose to charge outrageous prices for their marantek products. I was not so informed pre sale of this by your company when I had you install the garage door. Several other companies refuse to even work on the precision garage door because of that. Never again.

Mixed reviews. You guys fixed the broken spring and the door works great. The job was done timely and professional. My only complaint was that we were told it would likely be $150 to fix a broken spring but when on site, we were told the company would not put in just one spring, so I had to get two springs and the cost was near $400. I don't feel that $150 fix should have been communicated if that wasn't an option.

Spring broke on my double door. Booked online and received very good service and the technician was very knowledgeable. I thought the quote was very high and questioned the price. I reluctantly did it. he worked a little discount and I had some other issues and needed to get it done. A very good job but after doing some online research (of which I should have done to start) I paid what looks to have been just under twice to much. Good job! But they are why to much money
