When my garage door would not open,even manually, I needed help quickly! After calling about my problem I had an appointment for that afternoon. Imagine my surprise when the technician called and said he would be here at 1:00 when my appointment time was between 1 and 3. This has never happened in my experience. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I also liked the fact that I had an email with names and pictures so I knew who to expect when I opened my door. I would definitely recommend Precision!

I contacted Precision Door on Friday evening as our garage door spring broke. Once we made an appointment, there was an email sent to me with all the information including a picture of the technician. My appointment was for between 8 -10 and I received a call in the AM, he was actually early! No waiting around for hours.... Great service, reasonably priced compared to other companies and a desire to do the job right! Our garage door has never worked so well and is now quiet, we can actually hear the opener instead of squeaks. Excellent job and service, will definitely be calling them for all of our future needs and recommending them to others.

The garage door became hung and would only close half-way. This was a Sunday afternoon and were looking at the upcoming night with temperatures in the teens. Russ was on the job within about 2 hours of being called and quickly got the door securely closed. The original door installer was primarily a M-F 8-5 operation and not available. After another garage door company stood me up on a couple of appointments, I chose Precision Door after their price quote on an Amarr door was competitive. They met me at my house exactly when the appt. was set and communicated with me via email through the entire process. Once the old door was removed and replaced with my custom door, we noticed it wasn't exactly what I ordered as the top panel was wrong due to the manufacturer's mistake - not Precision Door's. Initial call, Russ discovered my problem was more extensive that just the door opener. The garage door assembly had gone out and my door opener had been doing the heavy lifting for sometime.
