Russ and his wife moved to Oklahoma City in 2013 to open the Precision Door franchise here. Russ is originally from Virginia but his family has ties to Oklahoma. He enjoys Oklahoma Football and playing with his new grandson.

Very quick service. I called at 4:45 PM and got a call from the tech he was on his way by 5:00. Repair was completed by 8:00. The operator was good about asking questions to make sure they would have what they needed to fix it on the spot. Russ did an excellent job of laying out the options with the pros and cons of each and letting the customer choose. Very knowledgeable and professional.

We got great service from Precision. I called Saturday evening because our garage door wouldn't open (broken spring). They came right on time Sunday morning. Russ looked at our garage door, thoroughly explained the problem and why it happened. He then gave three options to fix the problem with a price for each option and explained the pros and cons of each option. Fixed within a couple of hours. On top of that, Russ was friendly and very professional. Hopefully, I won't have to use a garage door repair place again but if I do, I will use none other than Precision.

So long " Overhead Door "... There is a New Sheriff in town and his name is Russ with Precision Garage Door Service. From the beginning to the end...his Knowledge and Customer Service was Outstanding! I was amazed to find out that Precision also offers a warranty that is longer than 30 days! Russ not only fixed our garage door...he explained why the springs were breaking. The original springs were not the right ones for our door...imagine that!?! I highly recommend this company to everyone. Satisfaction Guaranteed. Thank you Russ !

We used Overhead Door's in the past and will never use them again. They came out and put new springs in just 3 months ago and they broke. We called and they said they only a 30 day guarantee. We called Precision Garage Door because we had a coupon in the Valpak we got in the mail. I am so glad we called them. Russ was our technician and he was wonderful. We learned a lot about our garage door and just how off Overhead Door was in their installation. I highly recommend this company.

Broke a spring on the main double car door on a Friday afternoon late. Couldn't even open the door to get my truck out. Called Precision and they set me up with an 8:00 appointment for Saturday Morning. Russ called around 7:45 and was here and working by 8:00. Job was complete by 9:30 so I still had my entire Saturday free. Russ was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the repair. I would definitely call Precision again if I have a garage door issue. If you need a garage door fixed, Precision are the guys to call. You won't be disappointed.

We appreciate how he tried to take care of our needs. He suggested a new opener when we were not able to continue with the old motor. We were very satisfied with the install and then to our surprise we were blessed with the gift of receiving the new opener free of charge. We purchased this house to be a blessing to missionaries who are home on furlough from overseas. We did not anticipate being blessed in such a way as this ourselves. Thank You! I regret I was not able to wait until Monday to get a new garage opener installed. Because of weather concerns I decided to purchase an opener from another vendor. The weather conditions never materialized. My age and physical condition made it difficult to operate the door manually. I was impressed by Russ's knowledge and professionalism and will call on Precision in the future for service and maintenance.
