My home in Wagoner, OK is for sale and have an offer. During home inspection the inspector noticed the spring on one of the two garage doors was broken. Next morning called and explained I live in OKC but my home for sale is in Wagoner. I would need at least three hours to get there. I got a same day appointment with a window of 2-6 pm. About ten minutes out from the home the technician called (it was a little after 1p) he asked if ok to head toward Wagoner, he would be leaving Tulsa and be about 45 min. I said perfect. Technician arrived was very professional, explained everything, and provided me a fair estimate. Well within what the 200-500 dollars Google stated for the area. I am a veteran so got a 10 percent discount and to top off they do not charge for the trip from Tulsa to Wagoner. It did not take long to change out spring and re-attach cables. He even sprayed silicon in all the places needed to help with a smoother opening and closing. The technician went above what was request to ensure my garage door worked properly and would in the future. They also included a 2 year warranty. By 3 pm I had everything completed and was back on the road to Oklahoma City. Punch list complete and hope to close the sale soon. Very satisfied with the flexibility, professionalism, and quality work. Recommend if you need garage door repair.
