When your garage door spring breaks and the cables snap, your car parked inside can become, not by choice, a prisoner. It's an unsetteling feeling having to be trapped at home right before Chrismas with additional shopping planned but your car is trapped in the garaged. I called and made an appointment and they showed up the same day. The tech arrived on time, identified himself. He was very knowledgeable about the product, took measurements and needed pictures. I received a quote before he left, which is better than the other companies I called. ( I should have called Precision first ) The tech answered all my questions. Great first encounter. The overall experience and job was performed adequately with all specs and pricing explained. The cost was fair for a garage door remote opener replacement, new springs, and bearings. I would give 5 stars, but the technician did not put things back where they belonged as to garage furniture, fans, etc. "Leave the place better than when you found it" is in our company's service.

They responded quickly to my need for door motor issues. Tanner, who came to my home, was very professional and communicative about the issue. Another company came out before Precision and said I probably needed a new motor. The plug had been moved from it's original position to other side and that side was defective and not generating power. Precision also works on Liftmaster motors and Tanner was knowledgeable about the battery backups that I have which the previous company did not. I give Precision an A++
