Called every other garage door company in town and no one would return my call. I saw a Precision van across the street on my way to work a few weeks before Christmas and gave them a call. Earon was out that day to do an estimate and 2 days later Donovan Bales had my new door installed in a few hours. Super company wish I had found them much sooner. Great, professional staff easy to work with and will be recommending to anyone who needs work.

They responded quickly to my need for door motor issues. Tanner, who came to my home, was very professional and communicative about the issue. Another company came out before Precision and said I probably needed a new motor. The plug had been moved from it's original position to other side and that side was defective and not generating power. Precision also works on Liftmaster motors and Tanner was knowledgeable about the battery backups that I have which the previous company did not. I give Precision an A++
