Management immediately stepped in, listened to all concerns, and stayed until everything was corrected—even going above and beyond on small details that didn’t affect functionality. They also returned after another trade corrected wiring just to verify everything was hooked up properly. What started as frustration turned into an excellent final result. I’d hire them again without hesitation. This is a textbook example of why reviews shouldn’t be based only on first impressions. Problems happen in construction. One of our garage doors stopped functioning. A friend gave me the info for Precision Garage. The technician, Mike, who came out was completely professional and helpful. I was actually not even at the property but he called me on the phone and described all of the issues that were happening due to the previous homeowner's lack of upkeep. Mike finished the work in about an hour and the door is now functioning properly. I know because he was kind enough to send me a short clip of it working. Precision will always be my first call when I have any garage door issues in the future. I can't recommend them highly enough!
