I had seen a review on Nextdoor. The lady spoke highly of them and said she had tried others, but they have been the best. She was pleased with their service and price. So I went to their website and was pleased to see that they had a five star rating. Tanner was efficient, friendly and was pleased with the service we received. The price was affordable and I will use them again when needed.

To begin, the woman I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment was very helpful very kind and was patient with me (I do wish I could recall her name). Thank you. The Technician that showed up, his name is Tanner. This young gentleman was so knowledgeable and had the best attitude.He did not try and sell me things I didn’t need he was honest with me which saved me at the least 400.00! Tanner was truthful with me about what the issues were and were not. I had originally thought I would be having to put in a whole new install. However, in his integrity he stayed honest! That alone is enough for me to keep my future business with this company. I’d like to add that Tanner blessed me that day not only through what all he did for me finding ways that saved me money without jeopardizing the integrity of his work. I had just now been able to walk again after 6 years of being mostly bedridden from a rare complication that occurred after a surgery. I say that for the company and the reader to understand that when I tell you Tanner was a blessing that day making it a better day for me by his kindness and patience it means ALOT! I had so many questions yet he showed me only respect. Thank you Tanner and thank you to the company! Please continue to hire people like Tanner that has a heart to do good and has the absolute capability and knowledge to fix even the most complex of issues. Btw…. I vote this young man a raise and the company an A+rating!

The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and good at his job. We discussed the options available to repair my broken garage door. I chose and he made the repairs. The company also recognizes military service and senior citizens discounts. Not all of them do. The service call to establish the problem and solutions was free, while some companies charge for this. This outfit gets my vote.

The spring on my garage door snapped and needed to be replaced. I requested an appointment late in the day, and the technician showed up two hours later. Tanner was very friendly and helpful. He was in and out in less than two hours. Precision has great customer service, and they get the job done fast. However, my invoice was very high. (Even after a $500 promo discount) If you have time, shop around! I've looked up the parts, and they mark them up tremendously. I also believe I was charged for parts that I didn't need.

Amazing service! I just needed a new garage door key pad. They offered to come same day service, price was fair, and the service guy even took the time to grease my garage door springs. 5 star!!! I will definitely use them again!

They responded quickly to my need for door motor issues. Tanner, who came to my home, was very professional and communicative about the issue. Another company came out before Precision and said I probably needed a new motor. The plug had been moved from it's original position to other side and that side was defective and not generating power. Precision also works on Liftmaster motors and Tanner was knowledgeable about the battery backups that I have which the previous company did not. I give Precision an A++
