My door come off the tracks early this morning and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called Precision at about 4am and got an appointment for the same day. The person I talked to on the phone said someone will show up between 8am and noon. Adam and his partner showed up at about 8:30am. I knew the door had many issues so I had them fix / replace / upgrade anything they felt the door needed. They were done in about 2 hours. The door is better than it was when it was new. I can’t recommend them enough. My technicians were super professional with zero sales pressure.

He then gave a thorough inspection to the mechanical doors and discovered more serious problems. Adam was great, very helpful and courteous. When he arrived, I told him I just wanted the broken spring replaced. He said he would be happy to do that. But he would do a free inspection, make recommendations , give a quote, and then do whatever repairs I requested. When he finished explaining all his recommendations, and showing me why, it seemed to make good sense so I went with all his recommendations now my door works smooth and quiet. Thank you.

I went to the Precision website to schedule an appointment for an appraisal. They had one available in about 4 hours. Adam was right on time. He checked everything out and explained everything perfectly. He gave me several options to choose from to fit my budget. I decided to have the springs and cables replaced. He had everything needed in his van and had the job completed in about an hour. Adam was very professional and courteous and even made some adjustments to my opener to make it work better. He even gave me a 10% veteran discount and told me that they were owned by a veteran. I had scheduled an appointment with a competitor, that I canceled. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend them for any garage door service that you need.
