Our garage doors were losing reception to the point we had to use manual option to open and close. Adam, the technician explained how the motherboard was the central problem for reception. He then gave a thorough inspection to the mechanical doors and discovered more serious problems. He replaced the worn out parts and installed our new liftmasters very quickly., and explained the maintenence needs as well. We were more than pleased with the whole process. The service technician was great. He called when he was on his way and did a good job. However, I believe that the parts were seriously upcharged over what is considered fair. I looked up some of the items used on line and I was charged 200 to 600% plus more than what I found on line. My total bill was 800$ just to change from spring openers to tortion. That seems ridiculous to me.

Alex was great, he called me to let me know he was available to come earlier to work on our garage. He was very professional, and explained what he was doing exactly before he did the work. He answered all of my questions. He got the job done in less than an hour and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely refer friends and family to Precision Door.
