My door come off the tracks early this morning and I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called Precision at about 4am and got an appointment for the same day. The person I talked to on the phone said someone will show up between 8am and noon. Adam and his partner showed up at about 8:30am. I knew the door had many issues so I had them fix / replace / upgrade anything they felt the door needed. They were done in about 2 hours. The door is better than it was when it was new. I can’t recommend them enough. My technicians were super professional with zero sales pressure.

This low rating is not at all about the service of Ethan, or the quality of the job performed. He was very polite and professional! I had to get a new single spring and redo side cables in a hurry on a Saturday because I needed my car out of the garage. I paid $573.00 for this service, and it took one hour to finish. Materials should cost the company $30-40 wholesale. I paid over $500 for an hour labor. I find this labor charge insulting. Here's my advise; FOLKS, please shop the price, if you are not in a bind to get your car out, take your time to call to get the best price, even a handyman who knows how to replace spring and cables would charge significantly less.

When we called for an appointment, we were pleasantly surprised that they had an opening within a few hours. The technician (Ethan) was prompt, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He had our garage door opener situation diagnosed and repaired quickly; he even gave us suggestions going forward to maintain the actual doors in optimum condition. The Service was great. Ethan was professional, courteous, informative, and very focused on getting the job done. He was able to complete the job in a fraction of the time, had I chose to DIY the job myself. Knowing the intricacies of replacing the springs, tension, etc, etc, and the dangers involved.
