Hi, Ethan was scheduled to work on our garage. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Once arrived he evaluated the problem and explained to my husband what happened, how to fix it and that what he did. The repair estimate was very affordable. Ethan was very professional and he gave my husband a few DIY tips about garage door maintenance. He did a walk through explaining again to my husband what to look for when troubleshooting. The repair tech, Ethan, showed up as expected and was really great to work with. He identified my problems quickly and did the repairs in the time he said it would take. I really appreciated not being charged a fee just to show up!!! Garage door parts aren’t cheap but I don’t feel like I was overcharged. Bonus, they’re a BA company and I was happy to give them my business and will in the future!

At 8:30 a.m., I managed to back into my partially opened garage door, which faces south and takes the brunt of the great Oklahoma wind. I called the first company that Google pulled up and thank heavens it was Precision! They immediately booked an appointment and Adam Hatfield arrived at about noon and was done with all that needed repaired as well some a number of issues he found wrong with my opening system by 2 p.m. He replaced the main spring, plus added another since it should have had 2 of them! He replaced broken/cracked wheels and hinges and reinforced the panels because of the wind's potential to cause damage over time (my request). I am SO impressed with their quick and quality service, thankful for the military discount, and their 7 year warranty for their work. Thank you, thank you!!!

The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn't get my door open. I called Precision at 11:30 am on February 3rd and they sent someone out at 12:30. The repair man was Adam Hatfield, he was very courteous and professional, and he did an excellent job!! I would definitely recommend Precision!

Molly took my call and she was so pleasant and helpful! We were able to schedule a repair on that Saturday afternoon, the day the springs broke, which was a blessing because we could not get our garage door open.
