The sales process was smooth with great communication. The initial install had issues and took longer than expected, but the way the company handled it was outstanding. Management immediately stepped in, listened to all concerns, and stayed until everything was corrected—even going above and beyond on small details that didn’t affect functionality. They also returned after another trade corrected wiring just to verify everything was hooked up properly. What started as frustration turned into an excellent final result. I’d hire them again without hesitation. This is a textbook example of why reviews shouldn’t be based only on first impressions. Problems happen in construction. The spring on my garage door broke on New Years Day. I couldnt get the car out and was worried that it being a holiday I was going to be out of luck. I called precision and they had someone out within a couple of hours. I had a few other mishaps that i had to work around but the service tech was very understanding and very easy to work with. They made the repairs in a timely manner and the garage door worked great!

The overall experience and job was performed adequately with all specs and pricing explained. The cost was fair for a garage door remote opener replacement, new springs, and bearings. I would give 5 stars, but the technician did not put things back where they belonged as to garage furniture, fans, etc. "Leave the place better than when you found it" is in our company's service.
