Precision is our go-to for all things garage door! They are very responsive, detailed, thorough, and enjoyable to work with. A tension cable rusted and broke today and the garage door was barely hanging on. I called at 12:30, they were here by 2, and it was fixed by 4. broken spring on saturday trapped our car in the garage. filled out online form for appt on monday morning. precision called on sunday morning to help that day if we needed. really appreciated that courtesy. on monday adam came to the house and gave us the full service price for repairs on our old door and opener with individual prices for each thing broken out. we were able to just pick what we wanted done that day. he was very professional and helpful with his advice. he did a great job. love the 24/7 availability.
