The technician was pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient and good at his job. We discussed the options available to repair my broken garage door. I chose and he made the repairs. The company also recognizes military service and senior citizens discounts. Not all of them do. The service call to establish the problem and solutions was free, while some companies charge for this. This outfit gets my vote.

Adam was a super nice young man and informed me of what he thought was my problem and it totally made sense. He explained everything he was doing and why. After he finished he made sure my wife and I were happy and we were. But my problem cameback but not as bad as before. I dont blame him because with what he did and how it sounded when he left we also thought it was as good as it could get. Its an older door and maybe its as good as it can be. I still rate this company 5 STARS. All the employees I have dealt with have been 5 star also.

Precision may not have been my initial consult following the unfortunate incident where a vehicle further impaired an already aging garage door. However, their transparency and willingness to assist surpassed all others. While competing companies presented exorbitant estimates, Precision offered a pragmatic and fair valuation. Astonishingly, they proceeded to replace the door on the very day I reached out to them (due to availability and cancellation). The entire installation, completed in a mere two hours, was executed with seamless efficiency. The service provided was nothing short of remarkable and exceptionally swift.

The Teck was fine the price was over the top, he originally quoted me around 500 $ to put in 2 rubber gaskets which is outrageous the material could not have cost more than 75$ and I'm fine with 150 $ service call these prices are crazy Last year i had the same thing done in Bartlesville for 185$ NOT A HAPPY customer PS I also think he cut them to short

Called late in the evening to see what could be done about broken door spring. Got scheduled the next day, and repairs were done quickly and professionally. The tech explained the process well, pointed out what other options to consider and was honest about what needed to be done vs what was recommended. Great experience.

Wasted an entire day waiting on the tech to show up. Well he finally showed up and took his sweet time “looking at my garage door. I wasn’t home at the time so he refused to work on and repair my garage door. I told him only a house sitter was there and that she had full authority to authorize any repair.well he still refused to repair my door. So suffice it to say I WILL NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING. He was rude and nasty to my hose sitter whom is my cousin. He really needs to reattend customer satisfaction school, though I doubt he would pass. WHAT A JERK!!!!!
