From start to finish we had a wonderful experience with Precision. Our sales rep Earon was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. I originally was against getting a new garage door. However, after the initial sales meeting I felt informed, confident and dare I say excited to get a new one. We were informed every step of the process and they were right on time with delivery estimate times. I can’t recommend Precision Garage Door enough.

Precision is the go-to for garage doors! We have used them multiple times after buying our house in 2020. They're open 24/7 (which is great when the door stops working on a Saturday afternoon!), they have a tech out the same day, service is impeccable, and the warranties are an added bonus. Plus, they've always taken the time to educate.

Jeff Harrington

Precision was great, same-day service and a fast response. Noah arrived within an hour of contacting their residential service team, which was a huge relief since my door was stuck open. Pricing was reasonable, and they inspected each part and only replaced the parts that were needed.

Marianne Chrisos

6/5 stars for Kade! Fast, honest work. Very appreciative of this whole team. Great communications and excellent quality and service.

Andrew Gray

The sales process was smooth with great communication. The initial install had issues and took longer than expected, but the way the company handled it was outstanding. Management immediately stepped in, listened to all concerns, and stayed until everything was corrected—even going above and beyond on small details that didn’t affect functionality. They also returned after another trade corrected wiring just to verify everything was hooked up properly. What started as frustration turned into an excellent final result. I’d hire them again without hesitation. This is a textbook example of why reviews shouldn’t be based only on first impressions. Problems happen in construction. What matters is: Responsiveness Ownership Willingness to make it right Going beyond minimum expectations That earns 5 stars in my opinion.
