Jordan and Robert did an excellent job! I called in the morning and was able to get an evening appointment. Jordan called me when they were on their way and he and Robert were so friendly and helpful from the moment they arrived. They listened to my concerns, did an inspection, and then reviewed our options before making the repair. As fairly new homeowners, we could not have had a better experience with Jordan and Robert. I recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone in need of a repair or new garage door.

I had a problem with my garage door last Sunday morning due to a power outage. I called service and the company sent a professional out within 2 hours. His name was Stanley Mclntosh. He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn't have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn't know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.

Customer Service Support and scheduler was outstanding. She clearly advised me of what time the Repair Technician would be contacting me by phone prior to reaching my house. Justin Price called and told me he was 6 minutes out. He was very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough troubleshooting process to determine my needs. Once the problem was found. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. He informed me I was still under warranty and he would have to replace with new overhead garage opener. Installation was quick. All remotes were reprogrammed and worked perfectly. He also sprayed all the articulating parts; rollers, springs, and hinges. He also explained all the technical features for this unit. Thank you!!

I heard about the company from a TV commercial. Paul McIntosh arrived earlier than conveyed to me which was really good. Paul gave his assessment and recommendations to consider. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the work Tanner did on the garage door today. He gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival, assessed the garage door, and discussed repair options with me. He explained the mechanics of the unit and WHY specific repairs were needed, while actually showing me the issues. He was prompt. He was kind, and completed the work in less than hour. At 7:45a today I didn't even know my garage door lift system wasn't working. It's 11:45a and my entire system has already been repaired, smh. Absolutely EXCELLENT. "Precision" is exactly right!!
