The service man is great. He was really knowledgeable and went to great issues to explain to me what the problem was and what I could expect to pay. However the lady on the phone not so much ….. she was either in a call service center or an answering service because she clearly did not know anything about garage doors or garage door issues. I gave the service man the five stars were rating the lady on the phone. It would’ve been a one star.

Pricing has gone up 4X with company since new ownership! Spring replacement was going to be over1300.00! Found another company to do the same job at a much better rate. Technician that came was very friendly and understanding. Would have liked to continue with this company but not at their new rates!

Jack did a great job. He not only took care of the problem that I called about, but on inspecting the door discovered multiple cracked hinges that were in definite need of replacement. It’s not something I would have seen or noticed until they would have broke. I appreciate the professionalism and care that Jack puts into his job.

We didn’t get our repair done due to the prices. It was more than what we expected. Overall, it was easy to make an appointment. They were able to come out same day even on a Sunday to go over ver repairs and costs. Technician was polite and professional.

This company is fantastic! They were at my house two hours after I called on a Sunday. The next day I had a new garage door and opener installed and working perfectly. The three person crew worked together like they were all best friends and loved what they were doing. Overall a great experience.

Our Garage Door Spring Snapped on the Evening of 1-28. I called Precision Garage Door and made an Appointment for 1-29 between 10 & 2. Jack arrived at our house at 10 AM. Jack was incredibly nice and definitely a Master at his Craft! Jack assessed the situation and had our new spring installed and working perfectly in 25 minuets flat, I was Impressed! I will definitely be calling Precision for any future Garage Door Repairs that may arise.

Had an amazing experience! They came out and diagnosed the issue and was able to get the garage door opener/spring/barrings installed same day in about 2 hours! Their customer service and going the extra mile is top notch! Jack was my tech and he was excellent! Explained how everything worked, did excellent work and cleaned up after. They have gained customers for life! Cant recommend Precision enough!
