The technician Jack was arrived very quickly. This company is 4X higher than the average, the parts for a set of sensors that is $40 through liftmaster is $300 with them. They did do good quality of work but the price they charge for said work is the most expensive vendor out there. I would not bother even calling them for a quote unless you were like me and desperate. So because of the price gouge only gave 1 star

He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.

Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!

The service man is great. He was really knowledgeable and went to great issues to explain to me what the problem was and what I could expect to pay. However the lady on the phone not so much ….. she was either in a call service center or an answering service because she clearly did not know anything about garage doors or garage door issues. I gave the service man the five stars were rating the lady on the phone. It would’ve been a one star.
