Teagan was my technician on 10/25/25 and he arrived on schedule which was an immediate improvement over my previous experience. After an inspection, Teagan clearly explained what he found and provided a detailed breakdown of the cost of repairs. I'll admit, the cost seemed a little higher than I was anticipating, but I had the sense things would be done right, and I was not disappointed. If I had one criticism, it was that there wasn't a payment plan available or I would have had Teagan replace parts that were still functional, but clearly wearing out. Aside from not being able to break up the cost a little bit, I will still be reaching out to Precision to have those parts replaced when necessary.
