Our experience with Precision Garage Door was outstanding! They responded quickly on a Friday afternoon, and provided excellent service for a broken door motor. Teagan, the technician, was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. The upgrades were not inexpensive, but our new systems are top notch and extremely quiet. Fantastic work overall! We highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

I cannot say enough good things about TEAGAN with Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma. Hands down, he is the best garage door technician I have dealt with in all my years. Teagan came out early on a Saturday morning, arrived ahead of schedule, and was incredibly personable, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. What impressed me most was that he didn’t simply come out, perform the service, and leave. He actually took the time to educate me about my garage door and the maintenance it will require over time. My garage door is relatively new, and Teagan walked me through the different components, physically showed me the parts he was referring to, explained what will eventually need maintenance or replacement, and showed me what needed to be corrected to bring my garage door sensors up to code. He explained everything clearly without ever making the conversation feel like a sales pitch. I work in construction, so I have enough experience to recognize when someone genuinely knows their trade versus when someone is simply trying to sell additional work. Everything Teagan explained regarding the maintenance, the condition of the components, and what will likely need replacement in the future was accurate and made complete sense. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. It is increasingly rare to find a technician who combines technical knowledge, professionalism, excellent customer service, and a genuine willingness to educate the customer, but Teagan absolutely does. Precision Garage Door Service of Oklahoma has definitely earned my future business because of this experience. I will absolutely use them again, and when I do, I will specifically request TEAGAN. Thank you, Teagan, for taking the extra time to do such a thorough job and make sure I understood my garage door system. Exceptional service from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

I contacted Precision as I had one spring break on my garage door. They came out quickly and were polite. Teagan was the technician and he had another gentleman with him whose name I don't recall, but he did all the talking to start with. They took time to review everything and gave me an estimate of $4,000 to fix everything properly. I was shocked and said something to the effect of being retired and can't afford all that. What do I need to get operational. He clicked off a bunch of stuff too small to read on his notebook and gave me a new price of $2,000 stating new bracing is necessary as my door is sagging and bending the hinges and what they are connected to. I reluctantly agreed to have that work done. Later I came back out and Teagan was finishing up. I said it looks like he had repaired some of the hinges and he stated they just replaced them all. I said thanks, and his response was something to the effect of we like to help people out where we can. Two things: 1)I don't believe the hinges were actually replaced even though I was given the impression they were. I was told new ones would be about twice as thick as what I had, but the ones on there now look the same. 2)the price seems very high for what was done. They replaced both springs and charged, including labor, over $400 each. So, my questions are first, was the first quote just a shock value to make the second one look acceptable (it worked!), and second if you could have done it including the hinges for $2,000 why wasn't that in the original quote to begin with rather then adding discounts and telling me you had done extra? I'll not use Precision again in the future.

Your service was great. Starting with my ca ll to your automated system (which I usually don’t like but the recorded voice was friendly and easy to understand - I especially liked her telling me “y’all are all set) and throughout the entire experience I was impressed. Teagan was friendly, professional, and quick.

My 2nd time using Precision and they never disappoint! First Dominique came out and was SO efficient, pleasant, honest, and extremely knowledgeable! Then most recently Teagan came out and was ALL of the above as well, a pure pleasure to work with! He was so thorough, making sure when he left, my garage door was in the best condition it could be. So impressed with this company's quality and integrity!

Service by Teagan was excellent. I forgot to ask about connecting the opening frequent to my truck opener. If you could send instructions as to how I can do this it would be appreciated.

Guy was super chill, cost estimate up front, installation done quick and well.

Mr. Tre Nunley came to rescue today after finding out, somehow, garage door opener spring has snapped and didn’t disappoint! Came in, assessed our garage door, and clearly gave us a run down on what needs immediate fixing and what might need fixing in near future and itemized prices on each. He is respectful, transparent, and easy to talk to. 10/10. Solid.

The guys were great. But, $900 plus dollars for 30 minutes of work is crazy. Not sure I would call Precision again for garage door services. Way too expensive.

I always use these guys when I can. Much better service than that other bunch that come with doors when the house is built. If you are building a house please tell them NOT to put Overhead Garage Doors on. It will save you a lot of headaches and money.

Barbara Wallace

It seemed high but I did not price around- so can’t blame him. He was n time and professional no complaints.
