I found Teagan Cluff to be very professional, thoughtful and courteous. After a recent storm and power outage, I was unable to reconnect my equipment. Teagan came out, connected my door, and took the time to show me how to do it again myself in the future. While he was here, he didn’t pressure me to buy new equipment, but he did point out a few things I might want to keep an eye on. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more kind and courteous. I will definitely ask for him again.

We quickly received a call back from our service rep, Teagan Cluff, that he would be arriving within 30 minutes. From the time he arrived, he was friendly and professional and worked through what was needed to repair our double-sized garage door. He offered part replacements and gave maintenance timelines which was helpful. He had our door working in no time and we will call PGS for our future needs.
