I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable.
