I called Precision Garage Door of OKC last Saturday after my garage door jumped off its track. I was able to schedule a service appointment within an hour or so of my call. Cody is the technician who came and assessed the problem, and showed me the parts that were worn, and presented an estimate of what would make it operate safely and normally again. Cody replaced the parts and adjusted everything, made some tweaks, and the door is working absolutely great! Cody is honest, very proficient and knowledgeable. The entire process from beginning to end was phenomenal! I was originally a bit nervous about what all getting the garage door repaired would entail. A quick google search brought me here. The company sent Cody out the same day and he got to work immediately inspecting and assessing the issues. He was able to not only fix the problems but also left us with possibly the quietest garage door in the neighborhood! It’s been so loud for so long that we had honestly just accepted it for the freight train nuisance that it was. Cody’s easy going personality and expertise made for a great experience! The problem was so complex that he asked Justin to come by and give him some advice on the best approach to fixing the issues. Together, Cody and Justin made it right.
