Was easy to schedule appointment online. They also sent a reminder text. Dominic called prior to arriving with an arrival time. He was very professional, explained where he saw issues and made suggestions about what to repair. Dominic also explained exactly what he was going to do, showed me the parts that were going to be placed on my garage door, and how long it would take to complete the job. I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old.
