I called in the day my spring broke on my door, the next day they had somebody out as soon as I got off work. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed up and it works better then it has since I’ve lived their! Tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable, price was a bit higher then expected but for the quality of customer service, speed, and knowledge makes it well worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

Jack did an outstanding, quick, and professional install of two openers and all associated peripherals- updating our twenty year old systems. Jack was kind, courteous, and explained every step of the installation. He performed a great demonstration of the finished product (openers, remotes, and external pad), cleaned up, and hauled away all residue. Well done and Jack finished within two hours.

I needed to know if it was feasible to repair or replace. This was a multi action effort for either Garage door Repair or Garage door Replacement. I was lead step-by-step through the process. I was given an estimated cost for each choice. I was also asked if I understood the feedback I was getting. My garage doors are on order and I will revisit this site upon installation. Great service from the phone call to set up the appointment through the moment the technician left following the repair! The telephone agent was great - provided me with an appointment the next day at a time that fit my schedule. The technician arrived early on the appointment day after calling to confirm I was available. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient - completed the replacement of all moving parts of my garage door in about 20 minutes. Prompt, Candid, Honest. Good value for product and service. My 18 year old Craftsman broke a chain and cable. Precision told me they wouldn't repair it. Not because they couldn't but that I would need to continually repair it and most of the parts would be obsolete. I took their advice to replace the opener. I didn't feel pressured or scammed. I felt like they were looking out for me. I was very impressed with how they managed me from the initial call, to the inspection of the unit, and to the new installation.
