A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. I called in the day my spring broke on my door, the next day they had somebody out as soon as I got off work. 30 minutes later it’s all fixed up and it works better then it has since I’ve lived their! Tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable, price was a bit higher then expected but for the quality of customer service, speed, and knowledge makes it well worth it. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys!

Jack did an outstanding, quick, and professional install of two openers and all associated peripherals- updating our twenty year old systems. Jack was kind, courteous, and explained every step of the installation. He performed a great demonstration of the finished product (openers, remotes, and external pad), cleaned up, and hauled away all residue. Well done and Jack finished within two hours.

I needed to know if it was feasible to repair or replace. This was a multi action effort for either Garage door Repair or Garage door Replacement. I was lead step-by-step through the process. I was given an estimated cost for each choice. I was also asked if I understood the feedback I was getting. My garage doors are on order and I will revisit this site upon installation.
