Service was for a hung door. Priced at $367.50. I was notified appropriately with any changes to the appointment due to the weather. Lewis was very professional and personable. He arrived at the scheduled time and gave me break down of what would be done to get the garage back to functioning and approximately how long it would take. I would use Precision again and I will recommend them for future garage maintenance or repair needs.

Was easy to schedule appointment online. They also sent a reminder text. Dominic called prior to arriving with an arrival time. He was very professional, explained where he saw issues and made suggestions about what to repair. Dominic also explained exactly what he was going to do, showed me the parts that were going to be placed on my garage door, and how long it would take to complete the job. He completed the job in exactly the amount of time he said. My garage door works perfectly now.
