Had 2 bearings and 2 springs replaced with new high use equipment. After calling a few other local companies I have been price gouged. We were charged $1500 other companies maxed at $859. I will be seeking relief though consumer protection with our credit card company.

Jack Walker, personable and knowledgeable technician, analyzed wall switch intermittent failure. His diligence led to finding poorly spliced wire connecting to control panel that was hard to spot. Will ask for him by name next time for service.

They where on time and fast I call them when my husband came home and the spring broke they came out with 2 hours the repair guy was great great job this is the second time they had to call them for the other door too. You have really great guys at work for you.

Service was for a hung door. Priced at $367.50. I was notified appropriately with any changes to the appointment due to the weather. Lewis was very professional and personable. He arrived at the scheduled time and gave me break down of what would be done to get the garage back to functioning and approximately how long it would take. I would use Precision again and I will recommend them for future garage maintenance or repair needs.

My sister & brother in law used Precision when they had to replace their garage door and had nothing but excellent things to say about their experience. After the spring on my door broke the other night I got on Precision’s website & set up my appt for the next day. Dom came out & reviewed the problem. He gave me several options to consider and was very courteous. He was able to fix the problem in record time. I would highly recommend Dom & Precision Door-the experience was exceptional!! They will be my go to from now on!

Was easy to schedule appointment online. They also sent a reminder text. Dominic called prior to arriving with an arrival time. He was very professional, explained where he saw issues and made suggestions about what to repair. Dominic also explained exactly what he was going to do, showed me the parts that were going to be placed on my garage door, and how long it would take to complete the job. He completed the job in exactly the amount of time he said. My garage door works perfectly now.

The garage door was making excessive noise, I called in a work order. The technician arrived at the scheduled time. He ascertained the problem and lubricated the door as required. All work done under warranty. Technician Mr. Teagan was very professional.
