I can't believe the customer service from this company. I called at 4 in the afternoon and they showed around 6 that same evening. Diagnosed the problem but didn't have the opener that I needed replaced. The tech went to his truck came back with a detailed quote and came back the next day and finished up the job with my oldest son here to meet him and let him in. Now when I got home the only way to open the door was the switch on the wall. I called around 5:00 and a different tech was here by 6 and apologized for the original tech for not programming everything before he left. I have no with anyone or a company that responds to correct a mistake that quickly and politely. Good job will use again.
