Zachary was very professional and knowledgeable. He weighed out all the issues as to what needed repair today and what we might look for in the future. A very impressive young man. I’m so impressed with Precision Garage Door Service. They were on time and very professional. I bought two new GDO’s and couldn’t get either programmed. The salesman tried and also couldn’t program. Turns out I bought the wrong ones according to the color of the “learn” button. Couldn’t tel what color it was since the opener is 2007, it was very faded. They actually gave me a discount since I had already bought two brand new remotes. I’m so happy to have a working GDO again and will definitely call these guys when my opener retires!
