I chose Precision because their service is impeccable. From the phone call for service to the technician coming out is a very positive experience. A bolt had fallen out of my opener and had landed on top of my car forcing my door to not close. I didn't know about the bolt until technician made me aware. I thought door not closing was possibly cold weather related. Technician had my door fixed in only a few and no cost because opener is still under warranty and less that a year old. Great job, Miguel! Hope I remember your name right.

Our garage door is over 40 years old and got hung up as some of the coldest weather all year was rolling in. Precision Garage Door sent John to us and despite the bitter cold, he got our door operational again. We'll need to replace all the moving parts eventually, but it was worth it to get the door down with the cold weather. John was polite, informative, and extremely committed to getting our door fixed the right way. When it comes time to do the parts replacement, we'll definitely be calling Precision!
