Requested repair/adjustment on 8’ overhead garage door opener. Tried to sell me on new springs for both overhead doors, one of which was replaced 5 yrs ago. Estimated cost to adjust the one overhead door opener was $150. A completely new opener can be purchased for $175. I paid him the $50 service call fee and sent him on his way. My son had the same experience. I do not recommend this company.
I am sorry you consider this a bad experience. We go to jobs with the intention of fixing your door. We gave you options that would fix your doors. You chose not to hire us...

I must say I am impressed. I had a broke spring. Paul, my technician laid out the options and let me decide without being pushy. I opted for the best plan with the 5 year warranty given the age of my existing components. On-time, quick service, I am very happy with the service received and will call again should we have any issues.

Lee was great. Precision door service is awesome. Let me tell you I didn't know what I was going to do about my garage door my husband and I took it completely apart then we didn't know what to do. So I had to go to sleep without my garage door on. Anyone could of came in. The next day I called precision garage door service. They set me up an appointment to come out and look at it the same day within a couple of hours Lee shows up and he save the day. He was very quick on fixing it plus very professional. He is the best. I would strongly suggest using Precision garage door service for all your garage door services. They are quick and the cost really isn't bad. They saved my life. One of the springs on our garage door broke leaving us with very few options to get our cars out of the garage. We called Precision mid-morning 6-20-15 to help us. And help us they did. By 1:30 p.m. that same day they had fixed our problem and were on their way to the next job. Thanks Precision for a job well done.

I contacted Precision Door on Friday evening as our garage door spring broke. Once we made an appointment, there was an email sent to me with all the information including a picture of the technician. My appointment was for between 8 -10 and I received a call in the AM, he was actually early! No waiting around for hours.... Great service, reasonably priced compared to other companies and a desire to do the job right! Our garage door has never worked so well and is now quiet, we can actually hear the opener instead of squeaks. Excellent job and service, will definitely be calling them for all of our future needs and recommending them to others.

Luke was the technician that came to my rescue. My garage door opener was not working properly and I wasn't able to park in my garage. I was very happy with the job that Luke did. The problem was actually the track that my door was on. It needed some adjusting. He got my door functioning properly. I am very pleased with his work.
