Jesse & Tanner were great. Had an issue with the shop door had to get rollers and a new cable that was broken along with a support bracket. We had used you previously for our garage door when the spring broke so you were the ones I called when I had the issue last night.

Asked if we had any questions about what he installed or how he installed. He was very polite. Of course, our garage door broke on a Sunday, fortunately I contacted Precision. Zachary was our technician. He was here in less than two hours and completed the job in an hour. The lone spring on my garage door broke around noon today. My next-door neighbor told me Precision had replaced the springs on her garage door so I called to see when someone could come repair mine. It’s a holiday weekend so I was quite surprised when the lady told me someone could be at my house between 2:00 and 6:00…TODAY!! I received a phone call from one of the men just before 1:30 to let me know they were about 20 minutes from my house. Two gentlemen arrived at my house around 1:50. Both were so polite and professional. They checked my garage door system, looked up the parts and costs, and provided me an all-inclusive estimate which I approved. They got right to work, installed two new springs (which came with a 7 year warranty) along with a new bearing, and completed the job before 2:30. I’m so impressed with the fast service and will continue to be a customer from now on. In addition I will refer my family and others to Precision. Thank you for the wonderful and fast customer service!
