I was so excited today when Precision Door told me they would be out in a couple of hours. I had already made an appointment with another garage door company that I've used in the past, but they couldn't come out for two days. I couldn't leave my door open that long!! So I definitely feel blessed to have found Precision on Google today!! Glad I looked!

The garage door became hung and would only close half-way. This was a Sunday afternoon and were looking at the upcoming night with temperatures in the teens. Russ was on the job within about 2 hours of being called and quickly got the door securely closed. The original door installer was primarily a M-F 8-5 operation and not available. After checking out Precision's clean BBB report, I was comfortable in selecting Precision and was happy I did so.

I regret I was not able to wait until Monday to get a new garage opener installed. Because of weather concerns I decided to purchase an opener from another vendor. The weather conditions never materialized. My age and physical condition made it difficult to operate the door manually. I was impressed by Russ's knowledge and professionalism and will call on Precision in the future for service and maintenance.
