Inspection and estimate done day after I called. Technician inspected and explained problem with my garage door opener fully, he prepared and discussed options with me and was able to install the new opener the same day. He also pared the opener with my car. Great service!! No pressure. Love that I didn’t have to wait to get something done. Technician had all the equipment in his vehicle.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This will be the only garage door service I will ever use. Dominique the technician repaired and replaced the springs and cable in less than an hour. He sent a text letting me know he would be calling soon with an estimated time of arrival. He was very nice and professional. From start to finish this company’s customer service was top notch. Steven was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt. We booked an appointment online (late on a Friday evening) for next day service. Precision was right on time Saturday morning and they had everything on the truck to do the repairs for two doors in about 2 hours.

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick. After he was finished, he showed me everything that he had done and explained the maintenance that I need for it. He also checked to see if our cars had a built-in garage door opener system. Very pleased with our service from Precision Garage Door Service. Teagan arrived on time and assured us we did not need to replace garage doors/mechanisms. Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Very pleased to know we are with the right company and technician. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. Springs replaced, shafts corrected and bolts replaced. Awesome friendly service!

I found Teagan Cluff to be very professional, thoughtful and courteous. After a recent storm and power outage, I was unable to reconnect my equipment. Teagan came out, connected my door, and took the time to show me how to do it again myself in the future. Pricing has gone up 4X with company since new ownership! Spring replacement was going to be over1300.00! Found another company to do the same job at a much better rate.
