The technician Jack was arrived very quickly. This company is 4X higher than the average, the parts for a set of sensors that is $40 through liftmaster is $300 with them. They did do good quality of work but the price they charge for said work is the most expensive vendor out there. I would not bother even calling them for a quote unless you were like me and desperate. So because of the price gouge only gave 1 star

He explained thoroughly why the spring and other old parts had broken and needed to be replaced. All new parts were on the truck, so the work was done quickly. The service technician Jack Walker was superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the job done promptly and correctly, everything worked perfectly. He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.
