I had a problem with my garage door last Sunday morning due to a power outage. I called service and the company sent a professional out within 2 hours. His name was Stanley Mclntosh. He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn't have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn't know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.

Customer Service Support and scheduler was outstanding. She clearly advised me of what time the Repair Technician would be contacting me by phone prior to reaching my house. Justin Price called and told me he was 6 minutes out. He was very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough troubleshooting process to determine my needs. Once the problem was found. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. He informed me I was still under warranty and he would have to replace with new overhead garage opener. Installation was quick. All remotes were reprogrammed and worked perfectly. He also sprayed all the articulating parts; rollers, springs, and hinges. He also explained all the technical features for this unit. Thank you!!
