A very wonderful, knowledgeable, Honest, professional and respectful experience. Not only did they come out and fix the original problem but they notice some safety concerns that could potentially cause harm. Honest and transparent with pricing and offered me options with a payment plan. But what warmed my heart the most was that I was cooking my family Christmas dinner and had lots of family over to celebrate, and I offered the two technicians a 2-go plate and they gratefully accepted not only with open arms but the Biggest Smiles and gratitude you could imagine.

Mary took my order by phone and was very professional, courteous and thorough. She told John would be the technician and told me when I could expect him. John called about fifteen minutes before I expected him a told me he was on his way. He arrived a few minutes early, diagnosed my problem and had it fixed and lubricated in short order. He's a real pro and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone who has a garage door problem.
