I had a problem with my garage door last Sunday morning due to a power outage. I called service and the company sent a professional out within 2 hours. His name was Stanley Mclntosh. He was very kind and explained to me what was causing the problem. So I learned how to maintain and use my garage door. He fixed the problem. And checked it again several times. I didn't have to pay for it. It was covered under warranty. I didn't know it was covered under warranty but he guided me to the best option. He was very kind to me.

Customer Service Support and scheduler was outstanding. She clearly advised me of what time the Repair Technician would be contacting me by phone prior to reaching my house. Justin Price called and told me he was 6 minutes out. He was very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough troubleshooting process to determine my needs. Once the problem was found. He explained what needed to be done and the cost. He informed me I was still under warranty and he would have to replace with new overhead garage opener. Installation was quick. All remotes were reprogrammed and worked perfectly. He also sprayed all the articulating parts; rollers, springs, and hinges. He also explained all the technical features for this unit. Thank you!!

I did not wait long after I turned the call in, the man called when he was on his way he was very nice explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be done he also gave me further recommendations he did not take long fixing my garage door had it running smoothly in no time. I am so glad we chose Precision Door to replace our old garage door. Byron is the very best Door Designer and salesman. He is honest and engaged in making sure we are getting a beautiful new door that is safe and long lasting. He is even sending someone out to put a strut on our old door that will make it safe while our special order is made. I highly recommend Precision Door to friends and family. I cannot overstate how pleased I am with the work Tanner did on the garage door today. He gave a courtesy call 20 minutes before arrival, assessed the garage door, and discussed repair options with me. He explained the mechanics of the unit and WHY specific repairs were needed, while actually showing me the issues. He was prompt. He was kind, and completed the work in less than hour. At 7:45a today I didn't even know my garage door lift system wasn't working. It's 11:45a and my entire system has already been repaired, smh. Absolutely EXCELLENT. "Precision" is exactly right!!

Absolutely best service. Robert the technician was very knowledgeable and provided in depth information on what the problem was and how he was addressing the solution. He came early on a Saturday when the door wouldn’t open. Very appreciative of the work that he performed and the work ethic that he exhibited. The best garage door company that I’ve ever used.
