Dominique Ramos was my technician. He did an excellent job and was very informative about parts for garage door repair. Thanks to him I was able to replace parts that I had no idea was going bad. I would recommend using Precision overhead garage door service.

Our garage door spring broke last night and we couldn’t open the door. I called before 8 o’clock on a Saturday morning and Jesse, the repair man, was here before 830. Did a bang up job! Explained everything and pointed out some optional items that I could do, but no pressure or bs. I would call these people out again without hesitation. Of course I would request Jesse, but the company culture seems such that I’m sure they have other capable people. Jesse was rock solid, and very pleasant to deal with!

Had quite a bit of repairs done to the mechanics of the garage door (i.e. rollers, cables, end bearing plates, and more). Jesse Burns provided excellent service. No high pressure sales to buy everything, and did an excellent (and timely) job.

Your technician was very professional. He was very helpful and showed me where things might go wrong within the next month or two did not push me into making any decisions. I made them on my own. He was clean respectful did a fantastic job. I would recommend him anytime.
