Tech Justin arrived promptly and not only solved my immediate problem, but relocated hardware so it was more stable and situation shouldn't occur again. Every tech that has been to my home to either install openers or remedy a problem I was having has been professional (both in manner and appearance), friendly and knowledgeable. Precision is definitely a blessing for senior citizens.
