It was very expensive, something I had read about in other reviews, but I still was not prepared for how expensive it really was? Miguel was polite, but could not explain to me why the $800 opener was more advantageous than the $500 opener. In addition why the same brand at Lowe's was much less expensive, but then adding installation fees at Lowe's equalized the expense a bit. He mentioned something about it being professional grade, but again he did not explain why I needed that level or what that really means. He did an excellent job and was able to fix other problems with the garage door. He gave us asenior discount which was much appreciated! However, I was frustrated that I had to discover on my own that it was Wi-Fi enabled and then determine how to access that capability. If I'm paying top-dollar for service, I should have been informed of these capabilities and assisted with their implementation. I like knowing I have a quality opener (even though I'm still not sure of the details) with a solid warranty behind it.

The process was simple and easy. My garage door broke on Thursday. I called around 3:00pm they answered and got Adam out to inspect and told me my repairs would be more expensive than buying a new door and my motor was over 20years old. We went over all the options he was very knowledgeable and not a typical sales man. We had a brand new garage door Friday installed by 4:00 pm. Michael the installer was fast honest and very helpful. Really great experience. They came out on a Saturday about one hour after we submitted the request. Our issue wasn't that big but they figured it out abs fixed it in no time. They also lubricated the garage door at issue and the other one, as well as inspecting both. No upselling at all. Will be happy to use them again if we have more needs.

Adam was great, very helpful and courteous. When he arrived, I told him I just wanted the broken spring replaced. He said he would be happy to do that. But he would do a free inspection, make recommendations , give a quote, and then do whatever repairs I requested. When he finished explaining all his recommendations, and showing me why, it seemed to make good sense so I went with all his recommendations now my door works smooth and quiet. Thank you.

This low rating is not at all about the service of Ethan, or the quality of the job performed. He was very polite and professional! I had to get a new single spring and redo side cables in a hurry on a Saturday because I needed my car out of the garage. I paid $573.00 for this service, and it took one hour to finish. Materials should cost the company $30-40 wholesale. I paid over $500 for an hour labor. I find this labor charge insulting. Here's my advise; FOLKS, please shop the price, if you are not in a bind to get your car out, take your time to call to get the best price, even a handyman who knows how to replace spring and cables would charge significantly less.

I went to the Precision website to schedule an appointment for an appraisal. They had one available in about 4 hours. Adam was right on time. He checked everything out and explained everything perfectly. He gave me several options to choose from to fit my budget. I decided to have the springs and cables replaced. He had everything needed in his van and had the job completed in about an hour. Adam was very professional and courteous and even made some adjustments to my opener to make it work better. He even gave me a 10% veteran discount and told me that they were owned by a veteran. I had scheduled an appointment with a competitor, that I canceled. I couldn't have asked for better service. I highly recommend them for any garage door service that you need.
