our garage door spring broke late on Saturday afternoon and we thought we would be unable to open it until Monday which was a huge problem because we were moving. We called Precision and they said they could have someone out on Sunday. They arrived at the time they said they would, were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them

After the springs broke on my garage door, I reviewed different vendors from a web search. Precision appeared to have enough of the OKC metro area covered and the services needed seemed to match up well. My contact with the primary phone number was sufficient to be able to set up a service time in my area and an email was received that indicated who the technician would be and the scheduled time for the appointment. Luke showed up promptly, examined the door and all working parts, prepared an estimate for work needed, and then set out to replace the springs and test the results. The whole process took about one hour, but I am sure any repair work is predicated on exactly how extensive the work must be, but for my schedule, the arrival time, the work time and the pleasant attitude during the process was generally appreciated.

After another garage door company stood me up on a couple of appointments, I chose Precision Door after their price quote on an Amarr door was competitive. They met me at my house exactly when the appt. was set and communicated with me via email through the entire process. Once the old door was removed and replaced with my custom door, we noticed it wasn't exactly what I ordered as the top panel was wrong due to the manufacturer's mistake - not Precision Door's. Russ and his staff made it right and had Amarr send the right one and they came back out and replaced it again.
