Technician Stanley called to provide his arrival time which he met. He quickly spotted the broken spring ,got approval from management to replace both at a discount. My two year old garage door remotes had dropped off the network and I was having a real difficult time reprogramming them (Even, the wall remote wasn’t working). Precision Door OKC had dispatched Dominique R. as our technician. Dom was friendly, courteous, and professional. Without issue, he was able to reprogram both of my remotes and the installed wall button. He had noticed that the chain had been dragging alongside the track and tightened that up as well. All in all, it was a quick and affordable fix. I highly recommend precision door for all your garage door remote needs.
