The installer today and very helpful. He straightened out the mess that was crated by your other installer that came a year ago. In Oct 2023 I spent $3,000.00 with your company getting my garage door opener replace. I noticed since then the garage door was opening very slow. And lately would barley open. I spent another $3500.00 today getting the right size garage door opener and spring. Installed. Once again I’m very happy with the job your installer did today with fixing the garage door properly.

I had a problem with bad sensors. The old wiring job looked awful. They cleaned up the old wiring and put new sensors in. I was bummed out because the house is new. I am very happy with the job they did. I would recommend this company. Good job guys everything works great and it looks nice.

Dom came out and was quick to see the problem. It was a wiring issue and then he had to do adjustments to get it to open and close correctly. Dom was very kind and professional. I chose Precision Garage Door Company based on their reviews on Google. Normally I read reviews and use "wise judgment." I'm very glad I trusted my instincts in this case. The Techs that came to my house were both nice, knowledgeable, and patient. ( I ask alot of questions) I had a concern after my repair, and a different tech came back out first thing the next day to help me with it. It was a strange situation that neither of us had ever encountered before. He made a quick call, and within minutes my issue was resolved. Jordan was very pleasant, patient, and respectable.... even when I told him the crazy things I was experiencing with my garage door. Long story short... this will be the garage door company for all my future needs! And kudos to the owner for hiring such wonderful Techs!!
