I choose Precision Garage Door because they were able to come out the same day. They take cash, credit cards are checks which can be spaced out over 3 months. If more than one person is helping you pay the invoice they will let you split the payment between you.

I had the motor go out on my garage door opener yesterday around 4:00. I called Precision and they were able to send a repairman out pretty quickly. Teagan was amazing to work with, he explained exactly what we needed and had everything available on the truck. He had us taken care of relatively quickly and I highly recommend calling Precision Garage Door for any issues that you have. I will definitely be calling them if anything else comes up and requesting Teagan!

We were so relieved when I called and the CSR said that someone can come out and look at it last night (10/23/2025). Tre Nunley came by last night. He came by early , which was nice. Quick response time on a weekend, they were there within an hour of calling for an estimate. It was reasonably priced considering the job we had to do, it wasn't a straightforward fix like usual and Hayden didn't hesitate to find a solution. He was able to handle every obstacle we ran into during the repair and had it working better than it ever has by the time he finished. If you need an emergency repair, I'd highly recommend them.

Jack Walker was the technician that came and worked on my garage door, giving it almost a complete overhaul repair job! He was wonderful. He is kind and considerate and explains everything step-by-step in the initial assessment of what the door needed. He performed all of the repairs magnificently and my door is in tiptop shape now and guaranteed for five years. They came out on a Sunday within an hour of me calling And I was not charged anything for it being after hours on a Sunday a service call or anything. everything is very upfront and you have the choice of what you want to have fixed or don’t want to have fixed if it is not necessary. Jack is definitely an asset for precision as a technician as he knows what he’s doing gets right to it and gets the job done in an excellent manner!
