I had an appointment window for 10-12 today. I received a phone call from Paul at 9:35 letting me know that he was on the way. He arrived at 9:58! He was friendly, thorough and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell my products and services that I didn’t need. He explained the issue garage door opener was having, told me what needed to be done to fix it and mentioned some things to look out for in the future. I will be using Precision for any garage door needs in the future and would specifically ask for Paul!
Thank you very much for the great review. Our technicians like to hear they are doing a good job and so do we. We appreciate the time you took to let us know how we are doing.

The technicians at Precision Door have always done a great job every time they’ve come out and it’s the only place I would trust my friends & family to. They are honest, dependable & knowledgeable. They are good people & have always worked hard to keep our garage doors working their best. Today, Matt Bell & the technician that helped him, installed a brand new door, motor & brackets, taking all the 17 year old stuff away. I would highly recommend them & this company. Glen

I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to contact Precision Door Service to repair our garage door. From the initial phone call to concluding their work, they demonstrated excellent customer service and professionalism. Jack and Paul came to the rescue and were so nice to my wife and three-year-old son that decided to engage them in a brief conversation while they were at our residence. I now know who to call anytime we have garage door/opener needs. Make the right decision, call Precision! My wife came up with that haha!
We are glad we could be there in a difficult time. Next time you have garage door problems, Call Precision! LOL.

2 stars I was told on the phone the cost was $120 but turned out to be $146+.
You were quoted $128.99 for a keypad and service charge. We were not told what opener you have so the technician had to use a different (universal) keypad for your opener so you were charged $10.00 extra dollars plus tax. Not knowing which opener you have at your home we cannot give exact pricing.

i'd been using a no-name garage door guy (prices were "unbeatable". The new door he installed worked well, at first. it started getting noisy and rough. The installer found nothing wrong on a callout. Yesterday it died - spring cable jumped spool and jammed door. Called my guy and no return call. I got serious and looked at the "big guys". Precision's website got my attention, for some reason. Called for an emergency repair and was scheduled the next morning. Hours later received a call from the "service tech" telling me he could be there in an hour. I jumped on it and the rest is history. He diagnosed the root cause of the problem within 10 minutes and gave me a price, guaranteeing I would be happy. He replaced the incorrectly sized springs and reset everything. The results were outstanding. The door has never been this quiet since the house was new. The tech was knowledgeable, experienced and fast. His confidence was reassuring. He did not bad mouth the previous installer - rather simply pointed out the facts. Refreshing. Turns out, when I went online later, that the "tech" was Russ, the owner/manager. I can do business with and recommend Precision.

So knowledgeable and professional. I’m actually glad that we had a little problem, because it alerted us to a larger safety issue that we would not have know about otherwise. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

Phillip and Jack were great. They arrived on time and he knew what was wrong with the door opener immefiately. I too, had improper service from Overhead garage door. After my installation he walked me through and showed me how it would work plus stated and helped me download my app so I could open and close my garage door from my cell phone. I love this. He was polite and helpful!
