Another local company had been servicing us for years and they constantly told us everything that was wrong and charged inflated prices because they were the only show in town until Precision arrived in Norman. Teagan fixed all the problems that were left undone (in order to contact "other" company again and again) and our 2 garage doors are smooth and quiet. I found Teagan Cluff to be very professional, thoughtful and courteous. After a recent storm and power outage, I was unable to reconnect my equipment. Teagan came out, connected my door, and took the time to show me how to do it again myself in the future.
