He explained thoroughly why the spring and other old parts had broken and needed to be replaced. All new parts were on the truck, so the work was done quickly. Senior and other discounts were provided.

Teagan did a great job. He was good at explaining what needed to be done. The door wouldn't open. After looking at it for just a few minutes the cause was found. The repair was done quickly and was done right. I am impressed enough to have them come out at a later date and do a system overhaul. Great work and great Technician.

The service technician Jack Walker was superb. Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He got the job done promptly and correctly, everything worked perfectly. He is an asset to this company. The reason for my 2-star rating is frankly the cost. The receipt I was given does not break down the parts vs labor, it only lists parts, so there's now way to tell how much I paid for the labor. I know I paid way too much. I'm not seeking any refund, I agreed to the cost before the work was performed. I was over a barrel and needed the repair done. Again, the service technician was excellent. But be sure to shop around, this place charges too much.

He even helped make a grumpy person like Darren laugh when the cat came in and harassed him. Would recommend Teagan for any job. If he can deal with a Firefighter, he can handle anything.

Inspection and estimate done day after I called. Technician inspected and explained problem with my garage door opener fully, he prepared and discussed options with me and was able to install the new opener the same day. He also pared the opener with my car. Great service!! No pressure. Love that I didn’t have to wait to get something done. Technician had all the equipment in his vehicle.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This will be the only garage door service I will ever use. Dominique the technician repaired and replaced the springs and cable in less than an hour. He sent a text letting me know he would be calling soon with an estimated time of arrival. He was very nice and professional. From start to finish this company’s customer service was top notch. Steven was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and prompt. We booked an appointment online (late on a Friday evening) for next day service. Precision was right on time Saturday morning and they had everything on the truck to do the repairs for two doors in about 2 hours.

Called and told me when he would get to the house and that is exactly what time he got there. Told him what I wanted done. Did it with out trying to get me to do some sort of inspection like the last group I had out and made me pay for that and the. Did not fix my problem. Precision did what I asked and pretty quick.
