From the time he arrived, he was friendly and professional and worked through what was needed to repair our double-sized garage door. He offered part replacements and gave maintenance timelines which was helpful. He had our door working in no time and we will call PGS for our future needs.

Today my car was held hostage after the 20 year old spring snapped in two. After another company left me hanging, I called Precision. Within an hour and a half Jesse Warren and Jesse his colleague showed up, assessed the situation then got to work. Within 40 minutes they replaced spring and bearings. They also advised me of other parts that may require replacing so I can replace at my convenience. Thorough and professional!!!
