I was recommended to call you by my daughter, Jaclyn, she had Precision fix her garage door opener also. She was very happy with the work that they did & their great customer service. My garage door wouldn’t open or shut today, my daughter recommended Precision Door Service. I called them and they were very personable & set up an Appt. for me for today. The gentleman showed up, and was very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. His name was Byron Watson. I was very impressed with his work. He knew exactly what I needed & explained what I needed done. Technician replaced my garage door spring. Work was performed very thorough and efficient. Technician was extremely helpful and informative for future preventative maintenance. I had received cheaper estimates but was happy to pay a little extra for someone to come out and perform the work at 8pm on a Saturday night. I definitely recommend this company.
