Following a cable malfunction and our unsuccessful attempt to repair it ourselves, the first company we called told us our only option was a new 18' door that would have to be ordered and that it would be 2-3 weeks before they could install it. After reading online reviews, we called Precision, described the problem, and were told by the very pleasant and knowledgable office manager that she believed Precision could help and that she would have a technician come to our house within 6 hours. Within 3 hours, Phillip Robinette called to say he could be here within 10 minutes if that would be convenient for us. Upon arriving, he conducted a thorough 25-point inspection, explained the problem, and offered us three detailed options - good, better, and best - to return the extremely heavy 50 year-old wooden door to safe operating condition. We chose the best option which included replacing all the moving parts - springs, bearings and bearing plates, drums, rollers, and cables - for 1/2 the cost we had been quoted for a new and less substantial door. This option also provided the added reassurance of a 5-year warranty. Phillip had everything he needed to complete the repairs in his service vehicle; his expertise was immediately evident; he explained what he was doing and why with exemplary patience and cordiality. In less than three hours we had a fully restored garage door that operated more smoothly and quietly than it had in years. Then, Phillip (after tactfully asking if we qualified) offered us a Senior Citizen's discount! We would recommend him and Precision without reservation to anyone who needs fast, efficient, absolutely first-rate garage door service.

I picked Precision Garage based on their on line ratings and reviews. I was in a bind and the other company I had dealt with in the past was closed that day because it was Columbus Day. The spring on my overhead door broke and I couldn’t get my wife’s car out of the garage. Phillip was here by 10:00 the same morning and helped me get the door opened and get the car out. He inspected my door and showed me a vertical crack in the middle door that ran from top to bottom that was putting the door in a bind and causing it to be very hard for the door to be hard to lift and the extra strain caused the spring to break. Phillip was very knowledgeable about the doors and was very friendly and professional explaining everything to me. I bought a new door, opener and keypad from Precision and in was installed two days later. They did a great job installing the door in a quality manner. Both Phillip and the gentleman working with him were very friendly and cordial! I would highly recommend Precision Door without reservation to anyone who has garage doo needs.

First of all your employe jack was nice enough to call us and let us know he was on his way and give us a ETA, although we don’t answer calls from strange numbers, he was nice to leve me a message and let me know.. while he was in our home he took the time to inspect everything and let me/us know what the problem was, and told me how much time it would take to repair it BINGO! I have used Precision several times through the years. Not only will they come out and perform the work the same day even on weekends and holidays, they do a great job on top of it. Great service and experience every time. Appointment confirmations and receipts are emailed, which is reassuring. The representative always calls before coming out to let you know when they will be there. I never consider calling anyone else when something goes wrong. Cycle tension spring snapped this morning, thus rendering our garage door inoperable and incapable of being opened manually. Called Precision Door OKC & explained how important it is that we fix this problem soon...since my wife and I could not get our cars in our out.
