Bryan Watson was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem which was a broken spring. He thoroughly examined the entire garage door system. He found worn bearings on the cable system and rollers which he showed to me and I could verify that they were worn. He recommended, but not insisted, they be replaced to extend the serviceability of the overall door system. He was very thorough and diligent in his installation of the replacement parts and functionality of same I was very satisfied with the response time of Precision Door and the workmanship of Bryan

New 17’ garage door installed today with wall mount door opener. Garage door looks awesome and the opener runs smooth and quiet. Russ and Janet were very helpful on our door and opener selection and purchase. Jack and Byron were our install techs, they were great. They went over operating instructions and safety items when they finished. If you are looking for a new garage door or opener precision door is the best!

My Best Friend recommended Precision for my Garage Door needs both her and Her Daughter said they were very pleased with the service they got and felt the price was reasonable with others around the area. I called told them what I needed done said they could have someone out within 30 mins. Matt came out shared with me everything that needed done and pricing with each item that would cost if we choose to repair and less than two hours everything was done. Had a spring break on a Saturday morning, and these guys had someone out and fixed me up in a couple hours from my initial call. They didn't charge a premium for their service either despite being more responsive, professional and organized than any other service company of this type I've ever had to work with. I would recommend these guys above all others and they did such an awesome job I will try to send all the work I can their way in hopes they will still be around in the future and operating the same way again should I ever need overhead door service again.

We were down for the Holiday weekend and we had setup an appt w/Precision for Friday (11/24). Jack Walker was the Tech, he was very diligent calling us to locate our daughters Home in a New Subdivision to install the New Garage Door Opener. Jack explained the process and explained why an additional spring needed to be added to the door. The price for the Installation of the Garage door was the same as I was quoted over the phone.
